Dark Hollow Falls

Dark Hollow Falls detail

There were lots of falls along the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive but all required a steep hike and I wasn’t sure I was still up to that. I used to hike over all kinds of terrain in my youth.  These falls were the nearest to the road.  They were called Dark Hollow Falls and were right AT Big Meadows National Park. I decided to try the two mile hike and made it OK.  Guess I am not over-the-hill yet.
